This is another crazy video I found earlier about 'cops and robbers'. Other side though. Iuno what to make of it. I KNOW there are many cops that abuse their "power"...they say it was a "high speed chase" but the guy was driving along normally, it wasn't a high speed chase because if it was there would have been more cops plus I thought it was textbook to approach the vehicle involved in the chase with weapons drawn, saying "let me see your hands" etc. Not just walking up silently and spraying mace in the guys face. Also the guy didn't appear to be resisting or anything, why the mace in the first place? Story was after the driver shot the cop an ex marine witnessed it happen and took the cops firearm then shot and killed the civilian in the car, so basically everyone loses.
