2-They're probably randoms...and their clan name is gay. I couldn't even find a member list I think it's either someone in our clan joking around or someone that doesn't like our clan and instead of going face to face they make a website like that to piss us off.

Wow...talk about blatant. I remember last year we had some kid ask us if we could make his clan a site and forums. When we told him, "Heck no", he asks us if he could use our Rules.

Later on I was just browsing around some clan sites and came across his clans Freewebs site which contained an exact copy of our Rules...some people are just lazy pieces of crap. :P

I browse halo 2 recruitment threads at Bungie, Junk and other places. Usually I'm just looking to see if the clan has a website, then I take a look at their site to get ideas/inspiration and to see if it's better than ours ;)

RDG had two recruitment threads on Junk.ws, they have both since been locked after I reported this.

Thats funny envy no brownie points but I was just thinking about how nice this site is, you did a really good job with it.

I'm suprised OcR isn't more well known. It's known but we have a lot of guys with OcR tags at high ranks in various playlists, I don't know many other clans bigger than 10-15 people that can say that about all of their members.

Most web hosts keep records of when a specific file was uploaded/updated. It would have been a matter of taking those records and prooving we posted the content before they did. Not that I would ever pay the court fees for something so trival ;)
