Seeing as Hotshot bitched at me(love ya fewl) ;)
I've added the ability to create your own custom smilies

You'll see a text box at the bottom that contains some code. This is the code you place into your posts for your custom smilie to appear. To access this page normally under the smilies option click More then at the top of that page click Create a custom smile.
You will also notice a Star above the smilies on new threads & new replies. This is your Favorite Smilies option, you may also access this from your user-cp. You can set which of the exsiting smilies you want to be your favorites. You may select up to 12 but unfortunately this does not work for ones you've created only ones that already exsit.
