You don't have to use it all, but you do have to print out some type of postage using their software. You're still not having to pay anything out of pocket since you're using their $5 that they give you at signup. Once you have used your free $5 you can cancel within 30 days and you've paid absolutley ZERO!!! Just make sure that your account on 360Elite4Free.com says that you have completed the offer before you cancel with Stamps.com. Give the two sites enough time to sync up their records with each other. Stamps.com has to let 360Elite4Free know that you have used their service before you can cancel.
