I am a big fan of ramirez, I firmly believe if you mix emotions with sports it's a coin flip, meaning it can hurt or enhance your performance. He obviously doesn't know what planet he is on so you never really have to worry about him freezing up in pressure situations.

BTW, there are so many things wrong with that blog entry. The person writing it obviously has never visited/lived in Boston.

1 - There are no Latin sterotypes in this area. Although we still have our racists aholes Boston as awhole is very very diverse. We try not to sterotype anyone with the exception of Asians(Sorry Savage, Asians ;) ).

2 - Although I can't stand the bastard(And Im shaved bald btw)Dane Cook is a god to most around here. Most of the younger generation think he's the funniest comedian evah.

4 - Bill is a genius, but Im not sure how relating to his intelligence would make us feel smarter? If anything it makes us unbelievably proud to have such a person on our team.

5 - Thats completely false, although lots of people rock red sox merchandise I would say the same amount is done for the patriots. If anything the lack of Bruins or Celtics merchandise is far underwhelming. And get of the racists crap again, feels like this writer was from Kentucky or something.

6 - Are you serious? Have you seen how many commercials that hick boy has been in? Shit I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he was advertising jock itch cream next.

7 - Dave Mathews Band? Get real, no one likes them anymore. They played a free concert on the Boston Common. Only 1,000 people showed up.

8 - College students ARE NOT BOSTON RESIDENTS

9 - Their right on this one, we do judge our fan loyality amoungst each other. :)

10 - Stop exagerating. We have an accent but it's not as noticable as most think.

11 - We do deserve the success. Our championships are deeper than others. Why? Because we are from Boston ;)
