Anyone watch it? I believe I have a sound understanding of everything spoken of within that documentary and have absolutely disected the core meaning. I was wondering if anyone else watched it and what their take on everything was?
I firmly believe that if a major change doesn't occur the world will in fact absolutely end in 2012. Here are some of my general thoughts about the earth:
1-We are humans, we are animals with instincts but we were given the gift of free thought and intelligence.
2-Without our intervention, the animal kingdom, creatures of lesser intelligence running off pure instinct would be running more smoothly than ours.
3-For the last 2000 years, our free will and intelligence has been drastically misguided, letting money and materialistic goods become more important than the value of human life.
4-People put more value on materialistic goods than on the value of another human beings life, people in our country drive around in expensive cars indulging themselves when we know there are people, JUST LIKE US dying of starvation in third world countries. We are better than them because we are BORN into a more economically and financially supportive enviornment?
5-Obviously this is the root of all of the problems in our society, to me money appears to have become a factor in natural selection and evolution, that is unnatural and wrong. We are after all animals, we just have intelligence and free will.
6-In the very near future, if nothing changes, the rich will afford to become genetically enhanced through DNA splicing. The DNA of animals will soon be spliced with the DNA of humans to make select humans immune to diseases, able to withstand extreme heat or cold (global warming) and thus our species will be seperated by the rich and the poor.
7-The poor will die out and all that will be left is a genetically enhanced species spawned by money, control, and power.
In the animal kingdom those that are weeded out are done so because they have inferior
genetics. This is natural, a bear that gives birth to a lame (bad leg, etc) cub will still
protect that cub with it's life. The bear will not protect other bears because it is running
off pure instincts, survival of the fittest. As humans we were given the intelligence to
seperate instincts with free will. Those that oppose some sort of branch off from
utilitarianism argue that utilitarianism is going against naturl selection, why should those
that are genetically superior care for those that are not? The answer is because we are
given the free will and intelligence to realize that it is about our species, not about
ourself. If everyone was working towards a better tomorrow, and not concerned about
their own selfish wants or materialistic goods, then the possibilities for a better tomorrow
become endless and positive. This is not the picture, and the current picture is that of
human beings killing their own kind out of selfish wants and needs. The bottom line is we
have been given the gift of intelligence and free will to realize this, and instead of helping
our fellow man we have been slaughtering innocent people to support selfish wants and
needs, greed, money, power, and control. Metaphysics are real, some people obviously
have the ability to tap into some sort of omniscent universal knowledge, Nostradamus
predicting the looting of his own tomb during his life, this should make sense to anyone
who watched the history channel tonight.
I am not pointing the finger at anyone, this is just my understanding. Judas has a gospel
that has been removed from the Bible. My understanding is Jesus TOLD Judas to betray
him and turn him into the Roman gaurds. Rather than doing that, my understanding is (actually I think this was horribly misinterpreted, I don't know because all I know is I went to catholic school for 18 years and never knew Judas had a gospel so I have no idea)
Judas was faced with a decision, he could chose greed and corruption or all that is good,
Judas stole his religion and rejected all that is good for
money and power and thus tainted philosophy and religion forever, beggening a series
of self destructive events within our species. I believe all sects of religion are true,
the core messages still hold true today. Live a good honest life, care for you fellow man,
do not put yourself in front of others, and plan for the future of your children and species
rather than your own selfish wants and needs. I believe in religion because the universe
is far to perfect to have just assimilated randomly, and it's obvious to me that some
omniscent divine creator gave us the gift of free will and intelligence and provided us with
a guideline (Bible) telling us how to use that gift for good and the benefit of all.
Wars are started over religious or political conflicts, both of which are influenced by money
,power, and control. People sacrafice the lives of our own species for this bullshit.
There is more, and it was contained within the program tonight, but I don't want to say it, I want to see if anyone else will say it for me or has any idea of what I am talking about.
They said the ultimate evil, the anti-christ will take human form and rise to power, the beggening of the end. In 2012, the sun will align with the center of our galaxy, it hasn't done this in 13,000 years...metaphysics, everything happens for a reason. We are just a small blip in the prescence of a much, much larger picture.

in response to your part 4 - don't always refer right to people in third world countries starving I think that is a huge misconception by most people in the world they tend to think that starvation only occurs in third world countries...don't forget about people right here in the U.S. (especially those affected by Hurricane Katrina) or our neighbors in Mexico who are illegally crossing the border just to get jobs so they can survive
in response to 6 - the technology to do all this is already there, it's the ethics of the situation that is causing this to not be done right now many people believe that this is a power that should not be taken advantage of because for most the factor of a God or Gods of some sort, whatever your religion/non-religion may be...though I believe at some point stem cells will be used to cure some birth defects I do not believe we will ever get to a point where genetics can be changed based on a persons financial capabilities especially in light of the fact that we won't fix things now like sickle-cell anemia that causes most children to die at a young age
Another thing, religion is not influenced by money...for an example the Jews and Muslims have been fighting over Israel/Palestine for 2000+ years, which spawns from the belief in their separate religions, that that land was promised to their respective peoples. If you look at the land they are fighting over and the people who are fighting that war the majority of the people have very little and the land is not well-developed compared to western society...thus it has nothing to do with money

Thanks for the response, and I'm not trying to sound smart I am human and hunger for knowledge and understanding, so thats why I posted this here. I was raised in americans school system and can't even respond to your final paragraph, I LOVE being wrong because that means I am learning.
in response to your part 4 - don't always refer right to people in third world countries starving I think that is a huge misconception by most people in the world they tend to think that starvation only occurs in third world countries...don't forget about people right here in the U.S. (especially those affected by Hurricane Katrina) or our neighbors in Mexico who are illegally crossing the border just to get jobs so they can survive
Exactly, I just say people in other countries because it automatically brings up the images on tv of children in other countries digging through the trash for food. You could also say the images of Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan recklessly driving around on cocaine, and in the same news segment you'll see people in the ghetto struggling for food and shelter because they are so deprived of money and power. I think that we may be experimenting with this technology today...philadelphia experiment for one (look at when that happened, the technology we had back then) ...I don't think that in a country like ours we would let morals and values stop us from utilizing that technology and possible letting another country beat us to it, but thats just me. I'm not sure if the DNA splicing is perfected, I remember reading about a study taking place in europe that promised potential but said they were just beggening to expirement with it, and it could take years to perfect it. Unfourtanately I don't have the link, but I remember it specefically mentoning splicing a cows DNA with ours to make us immune to some disease, can't remember what specefically.
I think there is a reason why black history isn't taught in schools...I don't haveknowledge to shed any more light on the subject, but I can refer you to someone who I think can...

If you look at the lyrics to the 4th branch, the poverty of philosophy, the cause of death, peruvian cocaine and a few other of his 'extreme' left wing political songs I believe he explains it much better than I could ever hope to, assuming everything he says is true. However if you assume everything he says is true, and watch the Nostradamus program on the history channel, the program appears to have a totally different meaning.
-You were right about the religion and money connection I tried to make, that was really stupid of me. What I was trying to get at was, if you assume everything this man says is true, then the war in iraq, assuming everything he says is true...then the war appears to be driven by fake politicians blaming the muslum religion. I don't know, just with Nostradamus predictions, it seems like this is the ultimate betrayal of humanity from God, using religion to intentionally spark a war with a corrupt purpose. Nostradamus said one man will be responsible for all of this...I don't know I'm just throwing it out there to see what other people think, if what he says is true(immortal technique, lyrics to 4th branch, the cause of death, peruvian cocaine...assume this and what Nostradamus said is true, it seems too coincidental)...I put this up here because if you assume it's all true then I don't know what to think myself.
-When you read the lyrics you have to remember where they are coming from. He was born in a military hospital in south america and came to harlem, was arrested and during his time in jail he self educated himself. Produced songs like that underground and never signed with a corporation-he can virtually say whatever he wants because of this.
...Nostradamus said and I quote "With 2 seas blocking them, unable to escape a war will erupt. The black one, irate, will make him regret it"
...history channel linked this to the war in iraq, because of it's geographical location. They said the black one is colon powell, I think differently. Lisen directly to immortal technique in bin laden...how he describes the military in iraq is no longer fighting for saddam, but rather because they are being shot at and invaded by foriegners, listen to his other songs and make your own conclusion...

yea i read the first one but it took awhile i read parts of the 2nd one...cuz I didn't watch the show Idk much about it but it looked interesting I just kinda forgot about it...anyways I wasn't trying to say you're wrong about anything I'm just trying to give you another perspective and perhaps a situation that didn't go along with the norm cuz it is very true that most wars are started for financial reasons and for the War in Iraq...that does have a lot of financial cause (Oil)...I'm not talking about that one just the constant warfare over there between the different religious groups over Jerusalem and such separate from the War in Iraq

Yeah, I know I worded that wrong hah...but seriously, I'm just looking at raw facts, about us being the dominant species but we are exterminating ourselves on a daily basis, something obviously seems wrong. In the last picture of Nostradamus's predictions (The man predicted the looting of his own tomb, come on...)the wheel of time is missing. Time is defined as the 4th dimension but all of that is kind of irrelevant if no humans are here to percieve it in that way. Kind of scary if you look at it that way.

CNN that shit is biased anyway, thats why we are spoonfed (for whatever reason) that 'aliens' from mexico are subhuman or something, even though they are running away to "The land of the free" for a reason, hapily working less than minimum wage for a reason. We're taught these people are subhuman and trying to steal our freedom, we turn the cold shoulder to these 'aliens' of our own species yet at the same time would welcome real extraterrestrials from outside of our galaxy. We have free thought, free will and intelligence but I think every human being on the planet can agree by pure instincts that what I just said is fucked up and wrong, bottom line. (I know not everyone feels this way, but oddly enough driving home before I posted this I saw a bumper sticker reading -STOP ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION-PROTECT OUR FREEDOM-...yeah pal, because you were born in america your entitled to freedom that others aren't, simply because of where they were born? Come on...)
I know I never belived in God before, but if the apocolypse is almost axiomatically predicted from various cultures to be in 2012, I think right now if we had a creator that gave us the gift of free thought and intelligence, and instead of using it to help our fellow man we used it to seperate us into the rich and the poor, I think our creator would be pretty pissed off right about now with all the bullshit thats going on in the world. Again, last picture of Nostradamus predictions, I think I understand the symbolism behind the wheel of time presented the way it is....
---The wheel of time in the pictures before it has a wheel, and the cogs or whatever you want to call them in between. I see this as humans uniting with God...our universe, the 4th dimension is time, this is intelligence given from God...(our creator, not necessesarily the God of any sect of religion) uniting with the 4th dimension, our universe for the benefit of our species, considering the wheel was the first invention by man and is still used today to benefit most peoples. The last picture the wheel has no cogs or whatever you call them, therefor the humans, that got the circular object and put cogs between so it could support weight, that element is missing, it can't support weight and collapses in on itself, like our species is doing right now. Just the universe left, and everything man-influenced is gone, because we were supposed to use our intelligence for the benefit of all of our peoples but obviously that is not the picture. Thus without human intelligence the whole concept of percieving time the way we do, and the pitcures the way we do, it's all irrelevant, essentially the end of existance of intelligent life, because without our intervention the animal kingdom, creatures w/o the ability to use intelligence /free thought for good or for selfish reasons, they only run off insticnt....their kingdom would be running more smoothly than ours, we are supposed to be the dominant species for a reason and we are totally misusing the gift of intelligence and free thought that was given to us by God, creator, or luck, either way our instincts will all agree that putting selfish wants over the life of other humans is wrong.
Just saying, I dont really know how to take this, and I don't know how the experts deciphered the meaning of that picture on the history channel, but that is how A1 deciphers the hidden meaning in that picture.
The funniest part is I am trying to tell people this, because I once used my creativity for knowledge and power, money and control, but now I'm shifting it towards the benefit of others, towards the betterment of tomorrow. I try ot tell people this in the least offensive way possible and have been told to FUCK OFF pretentious prick so many times, yet the definition of pretentious is one who makes illogical and unrealistic claims, notice how because they know nothing of astrophysics, have never seen a mans throat slit over money, and are educated in scholastic systems only about america and how great it is, and not about how the toys that make our children happy are being produced by asian children in sweatshops...how they completely misuse the word pretentious, can't disprove anything I've said and then attack my character out of nothing but hatred and self indulgent reasons...my response is I apologize because I must not have worded my message correctly, and that is on me not on them.
Positivity is what it's about...
I once used my mind to control everyone around me like I was better than them, I had money and power...the other day I went to a wawa to buy cigarrettes...there was a pregnant woman in the store, so I stalled, and made sure I got in line behind her, as she left I left my space in line and held both doors open for her, and wished the best for her and her child. This felt better than anything the money or control has ever made me feel. Last night I drove by a house that had been TPd, and offered to help the home owners clean it up. Fuck you if you think I'm being a *****, I'm using my intelligence and free will for the betterment of our species and putting others in front of myself and it feels good, so any hate will be disregarded and responded to with positivity because that is what life is about.Butterfly effect.
-I've also been responded to as 'Yeah people know there are problems in the world, but what are ya gonna do, just live your life and be happy'...Thats selfish, people don't even take the time to reasearch or look up this because they have work, or are more interested in the football game. Just like I said, knowledge and creativity, gifts that make us special, they are being thrown aside for selfish wants and needs-You're not selfish for working a job or having responsibilities(watching football game does count as a responsibility to some, you've earned that and deserve to be entertained), however I believe it is wrong that people work 9-5 everyday only to put food on the table and look foward to the weekend, or vacation, not getting everything they can out of life in the short time we are here because it seems like the majority are forced to live most of our lives ultimately ran by money and materialistic goods. Read this and make your own conclusions, humans crave knowledge and understanding it is instinctual.
-And I'm not pointing fingers at anyone, look throughout history, people came here and were more advanced than the indians. They took their land with the gift of intelligence and free will instead of uniting with them as PEOPLE of the same species and helping them advance to the point where they were for the overall benefit of our species...how would you feel if real aliens came to the earth, superior in technology and just ***** the shit out of us either made us extinct or slaves and took over earth? PEOPLE have done that throughout history to other PEOPLE of the same species -EQUAL to them in every way aside from where they were born...and the bottom line is that is wrong to take the life of another human no matter the reason. Our intelligence and free will has been misguided and I believe our creator or what have you has a very, very good reason to be pissed off right now.

That's an intresting point of view A1. And while I agree with most of it, the point about immigration, isn't one I agree with.
Why? I'm a conservative, and the thing that most people have a misconception of about conservatives is that we don't want ANY immigration. That is total BS. We simply don't want illegal immigration. Now don't get me wrong, if there's some poor cuban family that's getting out of cuba because their sick and tired of Fidel Castro, then yeah, I say let them in. They can apply for assylum, get citzenships, and live like any other American citizen. But who I don't want in the US is the terrorist that wants to detonate a dirty bomb in a major city. (FYI: A dirty bomb is basically a conventional [non-nuclear] explosive with a bunch of radioactive material wrapped around it. While most people are afraid of full blown nukes in the hands of terrorists, a dirty bomb is more likely what we're going to be hit with) Not only do they want to cause a catastrophe like this, they hate us just because we are American. I'm not saying that if it's an innocent Arab family who's getting out of Iran or some god-forsaken place like that, then yeah, let them in, but we shouldn't, in my opinion, open up the US to whomever has a suitcase. But what I think, is that the INS needs either DRASTIC reform, or to be eliminated entirely, as it is pretty sluggish and non-functioning. It needs a reform NOW.
**DISCLAIMER**
All statements above are my opinion. If you don't agree with them, fine, but don't flame me over them.

Yeah you make good points, but I don't really know the immigration system or the cultures they came from. I mean if they are literally running from their govt and don't speak english I think conventional means of entering the country the legal way would unfourtanately be beyond their culture /language /financial abilities, which would explain why they come here illegally and hapily work hard manual labor for less than minimal wage..but again, I don't know the facts thats just assumptions...
And the terrorists threats are stupid, counterfiet money is so easy to produce and an economic attack would be easier and far more detrimental to our country but I never hear anyone mention that, like terrorists can only blow stuff up and hi-jack planes, I'd be much more afraid of an economic attack.

Nah I'm reading back, everything I said was stupid I typed it all while on psychadellics. If you want to believe in all of that stuff I think maybe the black one could be Barak Obama if he gets elected, and he could fix the problems in iraq and everything will be fine, but again iuno much if anything about politics so I'm just throwing my uninformed ignorant opininion that really doesn't say anything at all out there hah.
But still, if you just look at things, and all of the fights over money, territories, opposing cultures and opposing views of religion, all forgetting at the core root we are all the same...I just think if we had a creator he would be pretty pissed off right now. And not just whats going on in the world today, but the conflicts over trivial shit throughout history ultimately getting us to today, where we have people like Paris Hilton indulging themselves in whatever they want because of where they were born while there are people doing hard manual labor working 9-5 struggling to put bread on the table...not to mention the people who are deprived of basic needs like food and shelter, something just seems off and if we did have a creator I think he would be pretty angry with what we have done with our free will and intelligence that he gave us, I strongly believe the wheel of time symbolizes human intelligence uniting with our creator (4th dimension, the universe) for the benefit of all, since the wheel was our first invention and benefitted all, and without the cogs it collapses in on itself, JUST like our species has been doing for so long-killing our own species for selfish wants and needs, despite how differently we may view things that is just instinctually wrong to deprive other humans of life for ANY reason, especially considering we were given the gift of intelligence and free will to work out our problems rather than primitavely solve them with violence and conflicts.
