YA you have to register on there. Make a OcR name on there and you will most likely get a faster repsonse when it comes to getting a sig from there.

Yea Ice just requires signup to get more activity on his forums. If you make it clear your from OcR ( Name or Forum URL ) He'll definately do some nice work for you. He makes all my sigs as well as many of our members

well im done making sigs for people.... if you want sigs you can pay me with microsoft points over XBL. seems like IceworksDesign has your bax on this one :)
