Look, I have a very strange request. It may seem stupid and weird but I am being quite serious.

I have playing Halo 3 and I have had absolutely, 100%, no fun. I tried campaign, but I got stuck because my stupid AI, then I tried online, but then I had the worse games in my life.

Look, I'm guessing this happens to everyone now and then, and I'm wondering, what can I do to bring back the fun to halo 3? I was having a much better time last week, but if things keep up, I don't think I'll have the heart to keep playing.

Look, hopefully you are not laughing your ass off and about to write a belittling comment, I'm already frustrated enough.

I feel ya sometimes in H2 I felt the same way. Take a break, take a few days/week off then come back to the game.

For whatever reason it becomes frustrating at times just give up and screw around. Lots of time I go into BTB or Social and just see how many people I can splatter or stick or whatever. Remember the game is suppose too be about having fun

Maybe get a big party of somethng that, and play a BTB. Go into some custom games, try to find some glitches, maybe just screw around until the heart for the game returns.

If it doesn't work, take a break from Halo for a few days

Whenever I got frustrated in H2, I went into Rumble Pit or something else unranked and went ballistic on the poor saps put against me. Basically, if you get frustrated, do something that isn't inherently competitive. For example, in H2, if I was burnt out and didn't want to play MLG, I would play some Zombies, or Hide and seek, or some other gametype like that that really doesn't require a serious mindset about it.

Campaign frustrated me too at first. On the Heroic difficulty I kept dying repeatedly and the dang AI was completely useless. I got frustrated and actually had to beat it on Normal first, which was annoying 'cause it wasn't really all that challenging. :/

Then when I went back to Heroic after beating campaign once and things were a hell of alot easier. So yeah, maybe things will get better after you adjust a bit.
