Acc recovery prep...

I need to take my 360 back to get refunded. I didn't write down any acc info and I don't feel like losing my accs. My 360 will stay on anywhere from 5-10 minutes before it decides to turn itself off on its own, so is there anything I can do in menu or something to get the info I will need to recover my accounts? I need everything from e-mail to the cc# I used, I just put this here because no way will I be able to figure this out in my 5-10 minute time frame, and after it turns itself off it wont turn back on for an hour or so which is really annoying.

ask them if they will take the hard drive off your old one and put it on the new one or try looking at xbox.com to see if you can find any info on your acc.

Think you'll have to send it to microsoft. Without a receipt the store you bought it from most likely won't take it back.

i think if u are logged in or Xbox.com or bungie.net you can get your windows id email off there, then i guess you can do the "i forgot my password"

I had the warranty so they took it back at the store, got my accs back and 3 free 1 months...now my problem is my controller turns off when it feels like it, full batteries and completely randomly so I have to go get a wired controller today...when my controller starting acting funny I didn't even get mad eventually you get used to it.
