here we can talk about the latest happenings in college ball, debate whos number 1 and such

i really dont think memphis deserves the 1 slot, sure theyre unbeaten, but they havent played anyone and look at their conference. also the jayhawks havent had that tough of a schedule yet. so im not sure if either are the best team in the land cuz they havent beaten anyone. i still think duke, ucla or unc should be number 1, cuz theyre in some hella tough conferences and have actually had tough schedules.

How about those OU bobcats beating Kent State last weekend? We are taking the MAC this year. As for top confrences, my favorite is now the big east. After the additions of UC and Louisville and such I can't get enough of the Big East.

one thing you know about the big east is that you never know who is gonna be good each year. in both bball and football its the best conference from top to bottom. look at the bball now, gtown is on top for now, but only by a game. its gonna be a really close race for supremacy in that conference all year. i cant get enough of em either, i just like watching the top of the acc tho. the acc has the best top 3-4 teams but it goes pretty mediocre after that.

Ya ya Go Marquette! and big east is so freakin tough no lie even the bad teams are pretty dang solid but I do like the ACC too although NC is not as good as people thought in my opinion...

I only have one problem with what you said though...Memphis hasn't played anybody? They beat Georgetown, Arizona, Cincinati, Uconn and Oklahoma...Gtown is easily one of the best in the country and they made them look silly with how strong they're ball pressure was in the second half and at least 3 of the other 4 will make the NCAA tourney

ok, well memphis is legit then. still i dunno if kansas has played anyone, but theyll prolly end up losing to someone in the big 12 cuz it isnt the conference that memphis is in. with memphis enterin conference play i can see them going undefeated until the tourny.
and unc is as good as advertisedoffensively at least (even tho im a dukie), if they can play some defense they can rlly go places.

yea thats true their conference is a breeze, but i looked at their schedule they still got two more non-conference games during the conf. schedule against Gonzaga and Tennessee so if they can get past those two we may be lookin at an undefeated team

Yea exactly how I feel about UNC thats why I think Georgetown would beat'em they play great D and won't turn the ball over and give UNC easy buckets to run up the score...Duke is looking solid too they have a lot of whities though thats usually not a prime combo for a tourney run haha

duke beat unc, theyre really legit contenders this year, even without an interior game

Ohio is ranked 50 right now in the rpi. We have the bracket buster game against George Mason and a few really good Mac games left. As for my hometown teams, Xavier is tearing it up now and UC isn't as bad as I thought they would be this year.

Xavier is in Cincy? I never knew thought it was more East Coast...Anyways Marquette sucks I think we're overrated but then again so many teams keep losing games and keeping us where we're at...But I'm going to the Marquette vs. Georgetown game in a couple weeks and I'm gonna be sportin my A.I. Gtown jersey in the student section...big game between Louisville and Gtown tonight though, go Hoyas

I saw Ohio won today nice work

Did you watch the game? It was amazing both teams are so good, I think the fact that Ty Lawson was out hurt UNC though I can't wait for the rematch in a few weeks when he's healthy

Yeah beating W. Michigan who is in 1st in the west division of the MAC. We should be moving up even higher in the R.P.I. If we only lose 2 more games the entire season and MAC tourney we will get in. OU OH YEAH!!!!

yea i did watch the game and duke wasnt healthy either, if they had their 7'1" center they couldve minimized hansboro's contribution by quite a bit. but unc also cant play defense, which really hurt them and lawson would not have helped much with that
