Gah! Halo 2 - unplayable?!

Righto well I wanted to play halo 2 again the other night cause that game rocks, kinda reminds me of this other game a play alot.... halo 3. So anyway, i put in the disk and it sais "Update me" so I update her (yes my copy of halo 2 is a female) and then it sais i need the new maps to play Online. So i download the new maps. So then what happens you ask? CORRUPT DEATH GO AWAY YOU CANT PLAY. Thats right ladies and gentlemen; my console plain ol' tells me not to play her like that. Corrupt downloaded content. So I delete all my halo 2 savegames and dowloaded content... redownload it all and know what? It STILL sais its corrupt. Now im either really unlucky or she just dosnt like me anymore. Any ideas? Maybe its just PMS.

Hrmn no idea, we got H2 Clan Night coming up Sunday. Hope this isn't going to happen to meh

Maybe clearing your cache, deleting H2 downloads and then redownloading will work

I kept my trusty old Xbox and leave my copy of Halo 2 in it at all times so I can pick it up and just play. :P

I've got no idea as well. That sounds a bit fishy. I would try clearing your cache like Envy said.

My 360 plays H2 just fine, I recently found the disk. That said, it seems to lag on HDMI.... It makes no sense, it doesn't lag on the HD H3, but when I try to play H2 on the HDMI connection, it lags :(
