New Rambo

Went and saw this with some family. I got to say it was one of the most brutal movies I have seen in a long time. If you have a quezzy stomach do not go see it. Rambo killed at least a thousand people in this movie. I never have seen more decapitations in all my life in all the movies I have seen combined.

So if you are into that kind of thing this movie is for you. Story line was pretty terrible but lots of action. I give it 2.5 stars out of 5.

GoS CPT Stewart and I saw it last weekend. It was pretty much the most ridiculously awesome movie I have ever seen. It was like watching Gears of War without the chainsaws. :P

Rambo was on a talkshow and was bitching about how 'real men' fight first and ask questions later etc. and the country needed a movie like this to remind us we are strong or something corny. The story line was probably shit because he said he wrote it /most of it himself I've heard him speak he is stupid as hell.

I saw Sly on a chat show, and he wanted to push the envelope with the gore to shock us into realizing what's happening around the world, and show that real war really is hell. Could have worked too, if the storyline wasn't so completely dreadful. Was spoiled by the mercs, and the way Rambo didn't have a complete breakdown. And I have to disagree with Awon, Sly is one of the smartest actors around, he has a really high IQ, something like 115+. Just he has to pander to the war hawks around the world to get them in the cinemas. Not the best film I ever saw, but definitely one of the best anti-war films.
