I will go out on a limb and say I started the MLG craze this clan is currently in way back in 2006 when I went to my first event. I played Halo 3 for about 4 months and got Call of Duty 4 for X-Mas and haven't looked back since. I told everyone I would play once the melees were fixed and here I am to fulfill my obligation.
