Here is a thread for the meatheads. Ive been working out for a while and take a few supliments. I have a solid lifting regim. I cant seem to find a good upper chest workout, my upperchest is like 3 in. Smaller than the lower. Any suggestions? Allso i have read alot so if any one else has any?

ya i left dunbells right now in on 40 soon going to 50 and i can bench press around 300

i work out alot..upper chest..i basically do incline and bench press..sick mike said he did 40 lbs dunbells..but benched 300..if u can bench 300 u can do way more dunbells than 40 lbs..i can curl tht

ya i can but just trying to get some cut ya know show more of a outline and 300 was like 3 mouths ago so dont know if its still my max

I do incline twice a week pyramid i start at 195 and work up to 225. Andno real results for 2 months

300 is a good max. I maxed at 275 last time i checked. And i only do 5.0 Lb dumbbells 4x20

The first time I got deployed I tried to bulk up my upper body too. At first I did incline and bench 3 sets or so of about 8-12 reps each, depending on the weight. I got the muscle up, but once I switched to benching dumbbells I couldn't do shit. All the coordination muscles weren't working when I was just doing lots of weight on the bar. So I mixed it up and that's what I found that worked the best. 1 or 2 sets of dumbbells, and 1 or 2 sets of the bar. Or you could just get a job at a winery and throw around cases and barrels all day long and get stacked like I am, lol! I don't have enough energy to work out anymore :(
