We were finally able to get a match going with the fabled Winged Warriors. An old friend of mine was their founder, Night Rider 7. He was hurt very badly in a car accident about a year ago or so. We are saddened that he is unable to play. He is still in our prayers.
Our match was a friendly series of a best of 5 games. Winged Warriors chose 2 and we chose 2 while the 5th match was decided on by us choosing the gametype and the Winged Warriors choosing the map.

This was a hard fought match with many grabs by both teams. OcR nearly had the 2nd capture, but the Winged Warriors gave an amazing last stand and ended the game in a tie.

Another hard fought game. Outcast Reborn had the lead most of the game and with 30 seconds left in the game, the Winged Warriors captured one flag to bring it to a tie and within another minute, they captured a second to end the game. It was an intense struggle by both sides. Good game.

Game 3 - Team Slayer on High Ground

OcR spawned in the base and was able to keep control nearly the entire game giving Outcast Reborn the upper hand. The Winged Warriors were very tricky though and got behind OcR several times with their ghost and messed up Outcast Reborn's setups. I Phade I and MASbetty were off in the distant trees taking off heads to also disrupt OcR's play. Outcast Reborn was able to stick it out though and win.

Game 4 - Team Slayer on Guardian

As OcR's second and final game of choice, we knew we had to put up a good fight. Outcast Reborn started out with a big lead but the Winged Warriors fought their way back and the lead changed numerous times throughout the match. Thryx was able to pull off some clutch plays to give OcR some separation and seal the lead.

Game 5 - Team Snipers on Narrows

Even though this was intended as the fun/goof around game, it was another intense match with several lead changes. Thryx and FoRk we able to pull off yet again more clutch plays to give OcR separation in the end.
