putting games on the forums

hey i was just wondering how to put game stats here on the forums, and game videos. like the bungie.net stats i dont know how to do it. also taking videos from theater and putting them up on here too. if someone would explain to me how to do that i would much appreciate it. thanks.

i made a BEAUTIFUL writeup on how to post the post game carnage report but no one reads it. stickied in the bragging rights forum for your viewing pleasure but ill direct link you for laziness sake

as for videos go to your fileshare through bungie.net and you can link that for people to download but other than capturing it you cant stream it from your f-share... yet
