I hate so many bands these days, I don't know where to begin. Fail Out Boy and their ilk are bad, but this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N8F5YSA1Oz0&fmt=18) generates enough hate in me to get me out of bed on a morning. It's like coffee, only made from pure anger.

Also every British band made up of posh public-schoolboys pretending they're rock n roll and 'from the streets'.

I'm going to get flamed for this most likely.....Linkin Park, disturbed, any emo band (except Thursday), Jonas Brothers. I get extremely angry whenever I see the Jonas brothers, which means I get angry a lot because they are on all the time.

I didn't think I was going to get hated on for the Jonas brothers. I thought I would get flamed for Linkin Park. I grew up at the perfect age to get into their music but Deftones is the only nu-metal band I like.

I can agree with the Jonas brothers 100% as well as any disney rockers that family channel pumps out. Linkin Park and Disturbed are also unbearable. My Favorites right now are modest mouse, chiodos, circa survive and tool. As for the comment made about rap being pointless, you must be listening to hmm, fifty cent. Rappers like K,naan and most def with talib kweli are phenomenal with aspects of actual intelligence (WHO KNEW?) By the way, the lead singer of Chiodos is Craid Owens. Although his voice is similar to anthony, he's not the same person

I liked the First Linkin Park album...and that was about it the second one was iffy for me. I am actually pretty open to everything except the emo's and the Heavy *** metal where you can't understand a **** word they are saying...

Well nto really bands but i cant stand RAP, i could talk **** about rap ALL DAY LONG, there is no challenge in rapping as opposed to metal where you have to have skill to actually play an instrument instead of just looping a BASS sound on a stupid CASIO keyboard

I respect you aren't really into rap, but don't talk about it like it requires no skill. You'd be surprised at how difficult it is to come up with something both original and clever, not to mention something with meaning and even after all that delivering it in such a way that is both powerful and catchy.

P.S If I hear one more jonas brothers "song" I'm gonna go postal. They may just be number one on my most hated.

Alright then, well i guess i have to be honest about it, im mostly into any type of Metal,punk,grunge and reggae, but there are a few rappers i dont mind, granted none of them are around anymore, my favorite few were Eazy-E, too Short, Ice Cubes old stuff, and Snoop Dogg ( before he sold out and started doing stuff with Sell out Green Day ) i know it would be somewhat hard to rap and i respect that, but GOOD rap nowadays is hard to come by, all it is now is that dumb RnB stuff

I've heard the Jonas Brothers once, and it was on some **** halftime show or something of the ilk. I've not listened to radio since the 90s cause basically 98% of the bands on it enrage me. I'd also throw Colbie Calliet (or whatever) and anything Dave ****ing Matthews has put out in the last 7 years into the pile of burnination.

My most hated bands that are popular are Nirvana, Pearl Jam, U2, Dave Matthews Band, Linkin Park, Tool, and Metallica

I know that at least one member here probably likes each of those bands. I'm happy for you, but their music causes me pain. Don't worry about it, its nothing personal.

I hate plenty of other bands but few people actually think that Panic! at the Disco or Brand New actually produce quality music.

Metallica are bad. Thrash fans tend to fall into either the Slayer camp or the Metallica camp. And I'm Slayer 'till I die baby. Metallica just don't know when to finish a song. They have some good things going but they just need to finish it, not drag it out for 7 minutes.

its not my most hated band, but my most hated song of all time... is "Should have put a ring on it by beyonce" that song ****** me off to the freakin max... idk what it is about it, but something just really ticks me off when I hear that. Im not too big of a fan of jonas brothers obviously....other than that, im pretty much open to anything except straight up bluegrass.... can't stand it..

That is a really bad song. It just sounds so amateur and lazy, like there's been no effort put into it at any point. It's on the radio and the music channels all the time here, drives me nuts.

Most hated band: Pretty much anything my wife puts into the CD player on road trips when she insists that I'm monopolizing the radio. I used to think she had good music taste before we got hitched but she said that she just listened to the same stuff I did to make me happy :huh:

Jonas Brothers seem like a bunch of ****'s to me so clearly puts them as a hated band by me. Also the thing about Metal, a lot of you say that you don't like the singing. I guess that never really bothers me, cuz most of the time whenever I hear a song I tend to be listening to the actual music rather than the singing.

Unfortunately at EVR/Merchnow.com bands like chiodos, brokencyde and the millionaires brought us in over 22 million dollars last year.

So, as much as I hate their music, I can't say that I hate them! They give me a pretty good chunk of change each week.

(And I like Circa Survive...it's a guilty pleasure of mine)

couple things... I hate the Jonas Brothers for one. So I agree with you guys there. You all are hating on my Linkin Park though. I do hate one thing about that band though. There lead singer is TERRIBLE and it just sounds like he is always like just screaming his head off. I like all the background music and stuff they produce because that is what I really like from them. So they're okay in my book. I would have to say my FAVE (which has been for a long time) is Incubus. I would love to sometime see them in concert...
