Good band everyone should check out

And they're playing the late show tonight, definitely worth staying up for I'd say. I wish they were playing closer to me. I might try and go up for the Vancouver, BC show, I love that place.

Thanks. Yeah they are coming to Columbus on March 1st. It's at this small venue that holds about 2000. Tickets are only $10 and it's only a 2 1/2 hour drive. Tickets being so cheap make it worth it. They are also coming to Pittsburgh which is only like an hour and a half away.....but I hate Pittsburgh.

I just checked out the youtube link you posted in the chatbox Pimp, it's not my usual thing but the string accompaniment really lifted it. He's got a good voice too. Thanks for posting dude, always good to hear a new band!

Two outstanding newer indie bands. I know this is a HUGE step outside the box for a lot of you, seems like many of you listen to harder rock, but these guys are dope.

Not big on Vampire Weekend, but I do really enjoy the Fleet Foxes. They are also on SNL tonight so everyone should check them out.

Fleet foxes are the most chill, relaxing music ever. Right up there next to Bonnie "Prince" Billy, whose new album is the balls.

Well I would see them live but they don't come to Indianapolis. Oh wait, NOONE ever comes to Indianapolis, except in the summer.

On the other hand, if you're looking for some good live music, go see Umphrey's Mcgee. Also, I've heard STS9 has amazing live shows, but I can't speak from experience.

I've tripped balls at 2 Umphrey's shows. Not to big into them but their shows sure are fun.
