I'll start off the thread.
-I think the Rangers made a great move picking up Antropov. (And Avery!)
-The Islanders lost their best player, but will have a great future.
-Columbus made a good move grabbing Vermette.
-Jokienen going to Calgary will certainly help them.
-Rangers finally have depth at the blue line with Morris.
What I think might be the best move is:
-The Bruins getting Mark Recchi, he has a lot of experience and he just adds to their depth.

I don't really know how I feel about the Leafs acquiring Gerber. On one hand, he's not a fantastic goalie, on the other hand Toskola is out for the rest of the year so we do need some kind of consistent goal tending force. I think getting two second rounders and one conditional draft pick is good looking at it in a long term perspective.

I hope Connely doesn't get injured again, considering we signed him.

Gerber chokes in the post season, trust me lol! Hes a great regular season starter but if he has to share roles during the season hes going to be horrible.
We got Erik Cole back for a trade involving Justin Williams being traded to LA for some O'sullivan guy which we turned back around and got Eric from Edmonton for O'sullivan. and we got a 5th round pick as well.
Good trade IMO because Justin is on a drastic downfall and LA was dumb enough to pick him up. Erik Cole finally gives the Brind'Amour, Eaves line some scoring power instead of a "filler line".
Would've been awesome to pick up Martin St.Louis from Tampa Bay but hes too pricey :(

I thought Erik Cole was earlier in the season though? Regardless, I agree that it was a good move on their part.
