On Sunday Afternoon, Royale took on Facility b5d in a competitive, 4v4 scrim.
Fighters for Outcast Royale:
OcR just iLL, OcR FoRk, OcR eXiLe, Thryxxxxxxx

Game 1: MLG v6 Construct KoTH

Royale had an initial push with 2 taking rockets and 2 taking hill. We ended up with a successful hold on top mid and got rockets every time it spawned from there. Royale got an early lead on b5d. At 13 minutes in, custom spawned and there was a mad rush to get it. However, b5d burned it and custom was tossed between both teams for the rest of the game. Nonetheless, rocket and purple control cemented a victory for Royale.

Game 2: MLG v6 Pit CTF

Royale sent three men to get rockets and custom and ended up getting neither one. However, we instead pushed directly to their side and got a flag cap within the first 3 minutes. With Thryx sniping from sword and the rest of Royale team shooting from green box, we managed to get the next rocket and custom spawn and finish the game within 5 minutes.
Royale wins 3-0
Game 3: MLG v6 Guardian Slayer

Royale got the elbow spawn and immediately pushed for sniper tower and sent one man to camo. We didn't get camo but burned it before dying. From there, we held down snipe tower and kept the game close until it was 27-20 in our favor. With sniper spawned and with incredible teamwork we hardly died for the rest of the game.
Royale wins 50-24
Game 4: MLG v6 Narrows Slayer

While Royale had won the series at this point, it was agreed that we would keep playing for practice. There was some confusion at spawn, with iLL and Thryx pushing all the way to b5d's base because they thought it was flag. Nonetheless, OcR held top mid control with both snipers and rockets and at one point had a 22-8 lead, and finishing strong.
Royale wins 50-27
We decided to not go to a game 5 because Thryx and eXiLe had to leave. Overall, Royale won the series 4-0. I'm going to give MVP to OcR eXiLe for tearing it up during the Construct KoTH game and a special thanks to OcR just iLL for filling in for us on short notice! These were some fun games that helped us cement some holes in our strats, thanks for the games b5d! Hope to get some more games in sometime!
