Title: Very Bad Things
Rated R
Released: 1998
Genre: Black Comedy
Main Actors: Christian Slater, Cameron Diaz, Jon Favreau
Summary: Kyle Fischer (Favreau) has one last night as a single man before marrying Laura (Diaz), so he sets out to Vegas with four of his best buddies. But a drug and Alcohol filled night on the town with a stripper who goes all the way turns into a cold night in the desert with shovels when the stripper dies in their bathroom. And thats just the first of the bodies to pile up before Kyle can Walk down the aisle. The four friends decide to bury the evidence but fate has a way of not letting the truth stay buried for long - several ways in fact.
My Opinion: My dad bought this movie from a bargain bin spent about a month urging me to watch this before I finally did. Him and I ordered a pizza and sat ourselves down in the basement. I was skeptical during the opening previews; all I could think was that it would turn into some shitty b-movie that I would end up turning off. What happened next could not have been more surprising. The incredible comedic timing and jaw-dropping violence makes this movie awesome in every sense of the word. You can't help but laugh even though you feel sick. This movie had me in hysterics.
Would I recommend?: I would recommend this movie to anybody with an offbeat sense of humor. If you're a Tarantino Fan you will not be able to look away.
