That being said we welcome anyone who can uphold our high standards and look forward to getting to know you.
We've compiled a small FAQ to get you started on your journey into the world of OcR.

A: You haven't registered yet. Guests are only allowed to view a restricted amount of content. Please take the time to register by clicking here (http://www.outcastreborn.com/register.php) or on 'Register' in the navigation menu. Once registered make sure you check the About Me forum (http://www.outcastreborn.com/forumdisplay.php?f=206). A: In order to submit a challenge you first must be a registered member of the site. Then take a look in the Scrimmage forum (http://www.outcastreborn.com/forumdisplay.php?f=207) and create a new thread. We are currently only accepting challenges for Halo 3. We do not officially support any other game.
Q: Your site is super fantastic! How can I get my site to be so bad ass?
A: Our site runs off a vBulletin back bone. We spent months custom coding certain features that are not currently available to the public. We'd be happy to answer any basic questions for you but don't expect to get your hands on any of our source code.
