NBA preseason predictions

i just want to see who everyone thinks will come out on top in each conferance. as far as i can tell these are the only logical choices, but if you think its someone i mentioned feel free to say so.

pistons
cavs

WEST:
lakers
spurs
mavericks
rockets

i could see the blazers winning. they have been a young team past few years and and now they are finaly starting to develop. if they were in the east they would prbly be in 3rd!
