Yes and no valto. MMA includes quite a bit of striking but it's a one and a million shot you'd be able to successfully pull off a kick like this in an actual match.

Yes there is a good chance you'd knock the guy out if you hit him, but if you miss you'd be on the ground faster than you can think about it.
