So true. Try playing it without it on and when you start getting chewed up by helicopters and Pred missiles it hurts extra bad.

The benefits of a fast reload (and aim) can never be understated, but I think my favourite is Lightweight. Sure, it's not glamourous but it speeds the game up and often gets me out of trouble.
