Last night, Outcast Reborn faced GGN affiliates Will Clan 4 Food (http://willclan4food.net/) in our first ever Modern Warfare 2 6v6 best of 5 recreational match.

Game 1: Capture the flag on Terminal (OcR Pick)
OcR got in two quick caps in the first 5 minutes of game 1, and managed to get a third cap in before switching sides. WCF fought back and earned their first flag cap in the first few minutes of the second half. Despite WCF's best efforts, OcR managed to sneak in and get another quick cap before the end of the game.
Final Score 4-1, OcR wins
Game 2: Hardcore team deathmatch on Highrise (WCF Pick)
WCF pushed through to OcR's spawn early in game 2 and took a solid lead. WCF managed to keep OcR in their spawn and earned several important kills, but OcR managed to get out of the spawn and take back the lead.
Final Score 7500-4300, OcR wins
Game 3: Demolition on Rundown (OcR Pick)
Game 3 was a game type neither clans have had much experience with. OcR started on offense and pushed hard toward one objective. After battling back and fourth, and many WCF defuses, OcR managed to plant and defend the bomb at A. WCF built up a great defense at B but couldn't stop OcR from arming and defending before the end of the first half. The second half of game 3 proved to be a tough one for both teams. OcR allowed several plants at both objectives, but managed to clear out the WCF players and defuse the bombs.
Final Score 2-0, OcR wins
After game 3, OcR and WCF reached a mutual decision to continue to play and finish the remaining two games.
Game 4: Hardcore search and destroy on Invasion (WCF Pick)
Final Score 4-1, OcR wins
Game 5 was an interesting "riot shield only" game suggested by one of the WCF players. I sat this game out so other OcRers could hop in for a fun little game against our allies so there is no description for this one. I'm sure it was fun nonetheless!
I would like to thank everyone at Will Clan 4 Food for playing some really fun games last night. They are a great group of gamers and I'm looking forward to some more games with them in the future.
