That's right the polls are closed and the secret is now out. Let's all congratulate Jimi Thingg on being November's Member of the Month! We all enjoyed Jimi being the ambassador from SBG, but we all freaking love him more now that he is a member! Here is his interview:
OcR Valorius: Where are you from? How old are you? What do you do for a living?
Jimi Thingg: Mifflinburg, PA (Central Pennsylvania). 21. Fulltime student (Junior) at Penn State.
OcR Valorius: When did you first join OcR? How did you find OcR and what made you want to join?
Jimi Thingg: About 8 months ago? I was an ambassador to OcR for SBG. When SBG disbanded I decided to try out OcR and have loved it since.
OcR Valorius: What (funny, exciting) moment sticks out in your mind when you think of OcR?
Jimi Thingg: Anytime when its an OcR party in matchmaking there is bound to be some memories created. Also anytime when Moose or Doom talk dirty to me through text.
OcR Valorius: What's your favorite gametype to play with the clan?
Jimi Thingg: Squad Battle, I miss the old times of everyone staying up late to play SB.
OcR Valorius: What would you tell recruits or new members about OcR?
Jimi Thingg: Be the exact opposite of 95% of XBL and you'll do fine here. That is to say, don't be a douche and you'll fit right in.
OcR Valorius: Do you have any life goals, or career goals that you would like to share? What drives you to complete these goals?
Jimi Thingg: Open up my own physical therapy clinic. Preferably sports related. Love of helping people and sports combined.
OcR Valorius: Is there anything about yourself that you would change?
Jimi Thingg: The fact that my eyes are garbage and I have to wear my contacts or glasses.
OcR Valorius: What is the most embarrassing thing you have ever done in real life?
Jimi Thingg: I honestly can't think of anything recently. Threw up at an indoor soccer game over the summer though, because I had eaten a Damon's Steak Salad beforehand.
OcR Valorius: So I heard your girlfriend doesn't like you playing video games such as Halo.... Does this not pose a problem for the future of your gaming?!
Jimi Thingg: Yes, yes it does. Should I just tell her to make me a sandwich? Haha, I'm sure that'd go over well. She knows I play and doesn't really like it but as long as she doesn't see me do it that often she doesn't care. I guess we'll cross the whole living together and me playing when we cross that bridge. (Definitely not until we both graduate)
