Our time is drawing near. For far too long have we "Big Team Battlers" poured countless hours into a playlist that goes under appreciated. Our beloved BTB puts true teamwork to the test and yet gets very little recognition. How many times have you heard someone say "social try hard!" or "Use something other than a vehicle, noob!"? We have our friends list filled to the brim with those that share our love of BTB but we have very little options when it comes to measuring our team's true skill level. That is all about to change.
The fast approaching Halo: Reach beta is in our sights. With its promise of "squad based game-play" and the triumphant return of all those iconic vehicles, Reach is looking to be one hell of a game. The release will be a brand new start. There will be new ranks to achieve, new weapons to master and new maps to learn. One fear however is that this game will still be missing something we all want, a place to showcase your team or individual BTB skills.
We aim to fix that.
BTBhub.com (http://btbhub.com) is a new site in the works. A culmination of many BTB-minded players that looks to truly be a one stop shop for everything a BTB player could ever want. We'll have your standard news updates and forums but it won't stop there! How about a ranking system for both the casual team and those that truly 'run' BTB? How about a ladder system that will track your team's win/loss record? A tournament system that will allow your team to not only pit its skills against the best in the game, but also allow a team to host its very own invitational! Video highlights with commentary of the best of the best going head to head, written spotlights for teams and individual All-Stars, a recruitment system for those lone wolves trying to find a home, and even a place for you to submit news, pictures and videos of your team's big matchup!
BTBhub.com (http://btbhub.com) is going to have all that and more! We hope this has you drooling as much as the development team has been the past few weeks. We've just cracked the shell of what the team pages have to offer and truly cannot wait to share! You probably have many questions racing through your head so I'd like to take a moment to go over some more frequent ones now in hopes to answer them before you ask.
