I was bored today and I realized that I already had 800 points, so I spent 5 more dollars to get me to 1200 and I purchased the new maps!

Trailer Park:

Tight corridor map with some longer open areas.
It played through pretty smooth a lot of little pathways you can take (I still have to figure them all out).
It is big up and down, left to right is rather small.
I played some hectic game types on this map, so it was kind of a pain to get used to while playing those game types.
On one of the long roads, there is not much cover so it made it tough to kill someone and then find a different spot to kill more.
Overall, I would say that this map is gonna be a lot of fun (Even though I'm not a huge fan of the smaller maps).
My rating 7/10

Fuel:

This map has a lot of potential!
The only flaw is because of its massive size, you run into quite a bit of campers.
Fuel gave me the feel of a BC2 map and I really enjoyed that.
Whether you are sniping or running around being stealthy, this is a map that can be enjoyed.
Lots of cover basically no matter where you are.
I tried sniping the first game and ended up doing really well, and the next couple times I played here I used an assault rifle.

It is pretty darn big, but you figure it out rather quickly.
My rating 8.5/10

Carnival:

This map is medium size with a lot going on.
It was a blast playing on and I only got to play S&D.
This map I can see as being an extremely fun map for other game types...Lots of cover and an awesome roller coaster.
I was up in, I think the fun house and they have fake people up there and I almost shot at one cause it scared the hell out of me.
Watch out for campers though, they will love this map.
Carnival, from my experience was so much fun. It truly is a map the whole family will enjoy :P
My rating 9/10

Vacant:

If you played Call of Duty 4, you will recognize this map.
They upgraded the colors on the map and some other little changes that you will notice.
The biggest change is for certain game types, the gate back by "C" in domination they have taken out...but this is only for certain game types, it was in there for domination.
Other than that, it plays the same as it used too!

Strike:

Strike oh Strike, another Call of Duty 4 map.
Same as with Vacant, they just upgraded the colors on this one, I did not notice any other specific changes.
One thing that fooled me was they now have plants and food out on the ledge of the window where snipers usually are, and I looked at them from a distance and shot because they kinda look like someones head from a distance.
I'm glad that they brought this map back, I really enjoy playing on it.

**The new maps will be turned on for all playlists tomorrow (That's good for us team tactical lovers)!

Overall I would say that is you are a little eerie about spending that kind of money on these map or if you don't play the game THAT often then you probably shouldn't. But if you enjoy new maps and you are looking for a little change then buy them, they are a ton of fun. I played for a couple hours and didn't wanna stop (And I was going in alone). Well anyways, that is my review of the maps, hope that helps with people that are looking to buy them or just looking for a little more info on the maps!

Maybe like 5 min or so...I was on my computer while doing it, so I didn't really even notice.

Despite the good review, I'm still on the fence about them. I also have had ZERO desire to play Xbox lately...so, we'll see.

Thanks for sharing buddy!

That is how I kinda was, but figured why not. Like I said though if you don't plan on playing much or don't feel like spending 1200 points, then you probably don't wanna get them...

But you never know dude, the only reason that brought me back into gaming and having fun again was RDR. Now I am enjoying MW2 again too!

I am downloading them as we speak. I am not planning on playing them much but I had MS points to burn and the only other time I will would be Reach or RDR in the future so why not. Brother in law will appreciate it as well he is into MW2 now.

Still gonna be a while till Reach but thankfully RDR should keep me busy through the summer with a mixture of MW2 with new maps I am set till September.

Nice review. It's just the price that keeps me away.
