View Full Version : My Xbox days ahead look grim

This entire weekend (60 hours approximately), I have not touched my Xbox even once. The reason? Make fun of me if you will, but Minecraft will be the death of me. I used to be an avid player up until the middle of August when I got bored of it. On Friday, I updated my previous version to 1.9, and I haven't been able to stop playing since. The game has gotten so much more diverse and intricate, I'm in love with it all over again. It didn't even cross my mind to play Reach and COD or anything at all except MC. I've played for close to 18 hours in 2 days and it's getting ridiculous, yet I can't put the damn thing down! I even played through all of the NFL games on Sunday, AND I LOVE FOOTBALL! I'm addicted and it's terrible.....

I used to be an avid player up until the middle of August when I got enslaved by it. On Friday, I updated my previous model to 1.9, and I haven't been able to stop working since. The model has gotten so much more diverse and intricate, I'm hating it all over again. It didn't even cross my mind to play Reach and COD or anything at all except architecture. I've worked for close to 44 hours in 2 days and it's getting ridiculous, yet I can't finish the damn thing! I even worked through all of the NFL games on Sunday, AND I LOVE SLEEP! I'm addicted and it's terrible.....

Yes call it architecture if you will, seems more fitting. I haven't slept since Friday night, since I woke at 1 on Saturday. Essentially, I haven't slept in about 45 hours. I feel like a zombie

You'll get bored of it again. They have added a lot of features but it still ends up being repetitive. It just takes a lot longer now to feel bored, at least in my experience.

Yeah it does get boring after a while. But the game is still being made.
