Just so you guys know:
1. Yes, we know about it. We are limited in what we can do to directly help, as we didn't run those promotions and have no way to get you your missing codes.
2. We are, however, trying to see if we can get you guys some more direct help on the issue, when we have some info, you'll probably see it on the front page news.
3. In the meantime, the proper course of action is to call Xbox Live Support and see if they can help you.
They finally let us know something!
Although it took them to page 105 on a topic to say something...
