These are the capture cards I am looking for and I will get one of them by the end of the week. I need to know which ONE I should actually buy!

The Pinnacle Systems Dazzle Digital Video Creator Platinum is a external "capture card." Based off what I read it seems like a really good external capture card and I find it cool I can take to say my friends house and record there.
The ATI 100-703271 PCI Interface TV Wonder 550PCI Video Device's reviews I have read on newegg.com seem extremely reliable and they say it has good picture/sound quality and easy to use.

I'll send you my dazzle 150b(got to see if I have everything in the morning still), all you'll need is to get longer cables because the ones it come with are very short! $50 for it, still in great condition, comes with pinnacle studio 9(which I think you can upgrade to 10 for free).

Not the same packaging, its the same one rhino gave to envy. It cost about $99 brand new online + shipping and handling. Just a few months ago...

I've heard that the ATI has great quality but their are streaks in the video if you use it with a certain editing program (can't remember, sorry).

The ATI card is superior here. But you need to make sure it's compatible with your graphics card and you need to know how to install it. Dazzle is just plug in and play.

I woul dtake that deal from shoryuken. It is hard to find the 150 now but it is better in my opinion than the one you are looking at on best buy. It has inputs and outputs on it along with svideo. Internal is the way to go but I bought an internal one first and my graphics card would not work with it and my motherboard was the wrond chipset with it. So if you go internal make sure everything is working right. I know a lot of people who use the all in wonder which is a graphics card and a recorder.

Yes Dazzle 150 is so much better than that first link you posted. I actually had the Dazzle * one and didn't like it and returned it. It was really blurry most of the time, was annoying.

If I'm not able to buy it from Shoryuken I will buy it from BestBuy for like $93 I think.

If you have video and audio outputs on your tv you do not need splitters. A lot of the newer tv's have them.
