Apology

Hi everyone. I'm sure most of you recognize me, and I'm not sure how you feel about me being here right now.

I've recently started playing Halo 2 on a regular basis, and it made me start thinking about when I just left without any words or anything however long ago that was. I'm sorry. I really had no reason to leave other than just lack of playing, and even then my computer was still working, so I should have told someone what I was doing.

All my life I've tried my best to be a person of honor and loyalty, two of the most important elements of an OcR member, and my actions earlier were far from either. I hope that I can redeem myself in some way by coming here and apologizing, even if it is just in my own thoughts.

I'm not here to come back to OcR, (I have my doubts that you'd take me back.) but I owed you all and explaination as to why I left. I'm here at least for a moment to talk with my old friends, if that's ok with you all. Again I'm sorry and I hope that you all aren't too angry with me. It's been too long since I've seen OcR, and it's great to see that you all aren't only still here, but still growing.

Hey man, I'm sure that there was nothing wrong in your leave, you just sort of disappeared. From what I remember you started playing PSU and just faded away with that. I'm not sure why you got booted from the clan, but if you talk to an OL, I'm sure there aren't any bad terms at all. But it's great to see you here visiting =).

I started play PSU a bit, and then just kind of left you guys without really saying anything. I should have said something before I left and it's good to know not everyone's mad at me.

I know I was kicked for inactivity, because you guys waited a long time to boot me. I wish I'd come back sooner.

Dude, it was all just a simple fact of inactivity. I'm sure if you wanted to come back to OcR, it would be fine, at least from my point of view of it. OcR is something that you obviously not want to lose for the future. Some people have made that mistake, but most people are kept through with the clan. You are a well respected past member, and I'm sure that the OLs would be glad to have you back as a regular member. =). And don't think I'm bsing you. Just talk to an overlord, or leave them a PM regarding this topic and the situation.. =P.

Oh yeah, Nicko was the one who introduced that Karate text based RPG. Heh, sorry I lost interest xP, but if you have any live rpgs that aren't text, I'd be willing.. Well it depends actually =P.

I know why I was kicked from the clan, like you said it was because I hadn't showed up on the forum in over a month.

I'm still debating wether I should come back as a member or not. I'd hate to have to leave again now that I'm working two jobs and have some other prior engagements. Wether I'll be staying here or not I'd still like to keep in touch with you all.



Yeah Savage, I was the guy who does martial arts. Actually I'm testing for my blackbelt in mixed martial arts in two weeks.

Well, whatever you want is what you should do. I don't see anything wrong with just being in the clan. There isn't any rule that you have to be playing Halo avidly in OcR, as long as you keep in touch simply by going to the forums every... once a week, I bet that'd be good enough. Hah, but as I said, discuss this with a OL =P.

I just sent McDohl a message telling him that I'm back, and we'll have to see what happens between me and OcR. I might re-join, I might just show up every now and then to check in, or I might not be here at all.

Again it's good to see that not everyone's mad at me, and hopefully I'll talk to you all later.

(I always get over-dramatic when I apologize for something. I'm sure that things'll turn out fine however they do.)

Hey Nicko,

Your right we did wait a long time to give you the old heave hoe. There was no bad blood between OcR and you it was just a matter of inactivity and us needing to keep the roster clean.

If infact you'd like to come back and rejoin the ranks we'd be more than happy to have you. Like Asians said however if you decide to rejoin we do expect some level of activity both on the forums and on XBL.

The more I hang around here the more I want to come back.

While I was away from OcR, I got a few new friends from school who have been wanting to start a clan, and really I don't know how well it's going to turn out. We only have 4 people and one of our boys doesn't even have Live yet. I think I'll have to talk with them and see if I can convince them to come to OcR with me. (Should I decide that I want to re-join.)
