Red or Black?

Ok, well I'm thinking of getting rid of the Camaro and getting another car (soon to be told) but I need to decide on what color. I'm asking everyone to be truthful and not to joke because I will be spending roughly around $38,000-$43,000 on this car if I decide to get it. So if you could choose between a Red car or a Black one which one would it be and why. Like I said don't joke (ex: purple, orange, my toenail, etc.) because this is a pricey car. Thanks for your help and I'll be waiting for your reasons why you chose that color.

Hint: It's fast. V8, 6.0L

I've always liked Black cars, just because they look more professional in my opinion. Plus, if you have a red car, you'd get spotted a lot easier by the police if you are breaking the law. =P. Speeding etc. Well, that's what I think. haha.

I knew someone was going to ask that question. I work at a place called Lear Corporation. If you've never heard of us we build seats for several car companies (Ford, GM, Dodge, BMW, etc.) The plant that I work at builds BMW seats (since I'm in South Carolina near the BMW plant, go figure.:p ). Let's just say I make quite a bit of money and it's pretty good money for a 19 year old. Here's the link to their website if anyone wants to know more about it or try and get a job there.

Yeah, I was leaning more towards the Black but my dad thinks the Red is better (then again he has a red truck). I'm still thinking and that's why I'm asking you guys. I've heard cons on both like you said the Red sticks out more therefore the police catching you (I've already gotten one speeding ticket) and the Black shows up more dirt therefore more time on cleaning it up so I'm still thinking.

Ok, thanks for helping me out guys. However, I decided to go with red instead of black cause it I thought it looked more bad ass then the black. Once again thanks for the help.
