Sig help

I need some help with making a sig. I know I should go to Iceworks, but when it says "link to specific images:no copyright", what does that mean? Do I find an image on the internet, or do I just tell them what idea I have? I'm confused.

Most copyright images have the c in a circle symbol. That stuff is a no no.
