Um if I have a cc and on the bill I got charged 4 times for xbox live accounts by the same douchebag nerd in WA does that mean they stole the cc #? Is there anything I can do about that? Course the police would care, if not the police your credit card company will do something about it. However I think under $250 it is a misdemeanor and over that is a felony. I would try and get the person who tried to get you.

I duno, it was only around 35-40 and earlier this year my moms cc# got used for over 1,000$ in NY, a detective looked into it for about a day but said all these reasons why people like that never get caught.
