Are you the world’s biggest Halo Fan?

Seriously, are you? We’re looking for one Halo freak from each of the following cities (or close by) for some antics we may plan around the launch of Halo 3. Can’t promise anything will come of this, but if you’re from one of these cities, send us a brief bio and a one paragraph explanation of why you’re the most loyal Halo fan from your region.

Anecdotes, links, even (very small) photos are welcome proofs that you’re the hardest of the hardcore. Age, gender, all of that are irrelevant, we’re just interested in finding out how much you love Halo, and why you think you represent the Halo Nation.

Jumbo emails will be rejected, and make sure you include a way for us to contact you efficiently and quickly. Your privacy will be ensured and your information will not be used for anything public without your prior written consent. Can’t tell you much more than that and we’ll only be contacting you if you meet our somewhat mysterious criteria. So don’t hold your breath waiting for a response.

Umm, about the release. I am probably going to be screwed if I haven't pre-ordered it already huh? Of course I'd want to start playing H3 live asap, but if I pre-order it now I'll probably have to wait a few days since 286926530 other people have already placed pre-orders months-years ago?

Nah probally not I preordered about 2 weeks ago. Go down to your local EB Games/Gamestop

I don't think I'm the biggest halo fan, I don't even remember what happened in the campaigns haha.

Yeah I havn't pre-ordered mine either, I guess I better get on that. To bad they don't include Canada in there, maybe I'll submit one anyway.

Yeah you can still set up pre-orders, at least it looked that way on one of those major websites (gamestop I think). Also it said you could order the H3 strategy guide and it would be shipped 10 days earlier than H3 so if you're really anxious to know all about H3 before it hits shelves maybe you could order that, if not I'm sure it will be all over the internet anyway.

Hmm already thinking...get H3 set up account...mess with armor customizations etc first...go explore the new maps, gametypes or just jump right into MM and learn on the fly. Thats what I'll probably do, let all the people that spent hours finding good spots /routes teach me how to do that by playing with /against me in MM.

Envy you heard anything back about this? I applied with a write-up saying if there looking for the "World's Biggest Fan" they should include Canada and here's how I am the biggest fan. But I haven't heard anything back, just wondering if you had.

Hmm well that still gives me hope, I think I have a chance if they take my e-mail seriously cause there'll be no other Canadians who sent one in probably.
