Actually, it isn't a mod. It's a network glitch. But I will agree that it is extremely weird.

I've had that happen to me once or twice in a custom game. I used to be able to explain it perfectly, too, but I forgot it eventually.

If anyone can find anti-noob's other videos, they're hilarious.

Yeah, thing is, that ghost is the halo god. He is literally invincible. That, and his sticks will follow you around EVERYWHERE you go.
